PURPOSE: A nanocomposite is provided to control drug releasing through a near infrared ray by comprising a core portion, metal layer of quantum dot with magnetic nanocluster. CONSTITUTION: A nanocomposite comprises a silica layer, hydrogel resin layer, and metal layer or quantum dot. The metal layer surrounds the hydrogel resin layer and the quantum dot is introduced into the hydrogel resin layer. A manufacturing method of the nanocomposite comprises: a step of mixing a core part with the magnetic nanocluster and a silica precursor; a step of introducing the hydrogel resin layer into the silica layer; and a step of introducing the metal layer or quantum dot. |
