<p>PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing an artificial kaoliang stalk is provided to manufacture a kaoliang stalk in a polygonal shape from a round synthetic resin material extruded by forming a polygonal protrusion hole which is embossed to face the center of hole in center of the opposite wall at an insertion unit of a molding die. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing an artificial kaoliang stalk comprises a male screw unit, an insertion unit of a round pipe, a polygonal protrusion hole (63), and a cutting unit (64). The insertion unit is formed in a longitudinal direction to insert a synthetic resin material extruded to a front side. The polygonal protrusion hole discharges the round synthetic resin material in inner surface center of the insertion unit by being molded to a polygonal artificial kaoliang. The cutting unit is cut to both sides in the outer circumference of an opposite side in the male screw unit and is formed to be held in a tool when screw-connecting a molding die to a molding frame.</p> |
