The stopper has a perforable membrane (2) made of elastomer material and coupled with a peripheral annular support (3). The annular support includes a U-shaped base section for supporting the membrane. An edge of the membrane is formed with a peripheral relief (2a) and is extended along a direction orthogonal to a plane of the membrane. An eye nut (6) is formed concentric to the annular support, where diameter of the eye nut is less than that of the annular support. The eye nut is engaged in the annular support above the membrane in a stable manner. The membrane is made of butyl rubber.
