PURPOSE: A manhole ventilator is provided to allow a worker to manually ventilate a manhole with actuating a ventilation fan without electricity, thereby conveniently using the same anywhere, and easily carrying and moving the same. CONSTITUTION: A manhole ventilator includes a housing (10), a shaft (20), a ventilation fan (30), and a stretchable tube (40). A support (14) and a wheel (13) are respectively support the front and the rear side of the housing. A grip (12) is formed at the rear upper side of the housing having an inner space. The shaft is rotatably installed across the inner space of the housing. A gear is coupled to the middle of the shaft, and a handle (21) is formed outside the shaft. The ventilation fan is rotatably installed in the housing, and has a gear engaged with the gear of the shaft. The stretchable tube penetrates the lower side of the housing.
