PURPOSE: A composition for treating acne is provided to effectively treat and alleviate inflammatory skin disorders such as acne, reduce reactive oxygen in body, and to prevent pigmentation side effects due to UV irradiation. CONSTITUTION: A composition for treating acne contains a compound of chemical formula 1 as an active ingredient. The composition has an antibacterial activity against Propionibacterium acnes or Staphylococcus aureus. The compound of chemical formula 1 is prepared by binding Leu-enkephalin and 5-aminolevulinic acid. The composition is alternately applied to the skin with radiation in a wavelength of 450-475 nm or 650-675 nm.
