PURPOSE: An overlap and duplication printing device of a printed electronic rotary press capable of a real time position control and a method thereof are provided to make an additional printing possible by a rotary press used in a primary print after passing a separate intermediate process, thereby obtaining economic and functional effects. CONSTITUTION: An overlap and duplication printing device of a printed electronic rotary press capable of a real time position control comprises a printing device(10), a camera device(20), a vision control system(30), and a driving unit(50). The printing device prints a resistor mark(M) on a white portion of a printing paper(1) per each printing unit(100). The camera device photographs the resistor marks printed per each printing unit. The vision control system calculates position deviation between positions of the photographed resister mark and a resister mark in which a user set in advance. The driving unit controls a position of a corresponding panel tube cylinder(11) in which the deviation is generated on a real time basis.
