POLISHING BRUSH AND POLISHING METHOD

PURPOSE: An abrasive brush and a method for an abrasive process are provided to downsize equipment for a brush processing since there is no need to arrange multiple brushes in the equipment and to save energy since one brush is enough for the power supply. CONSTITUTION: An abrasive brush (10) comprises a base unit (20) and multiple brush units (30, 40). The base unit is connected to a rotating unit. The brush units are formed by combining base materials for multiple brushes including abrasive grains and the base unit is connected to the bottom surface. The particle size of the abrasive grains arranged in the center of the base unit is larger than the particle size of the abrasive grains included in the peripheral side of the brush units.
