THERMALSTABILIZER FREE THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITIONS, AND A METHOD FOR PREPARING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A thermalstabilizer free thermoplastic resin composition and a manufacturing method thereof have excellent shock resistance, falling-ball impact and polishability without using extra thermal stabilizer and to present thermoplastic resin composition with increased production efficiency when being applied to a press drying machine because of no drying process in manufacturing. CONSTITUTION: A thermalstabilizer free thermoplastic resin composition includes a) rubber reinforced resin and b) matrix resin. The a) rubber reinforced resin is acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene (ABS) based thermoplastic resin obtained by graft copolymerization and contains rubber polymer latex, vinyl aromatic compounds, vinyl cyanide and reactive surfactant. A manufacturing method of thermalstabilizer free thermoplastic resin composition comprises the steps of: a) transforming rubber reinforced resin among thermalstabilizer free thermoplastic resin composition into thermalstabilizer free graft copolymer latex with 45-70% of moisture content, b) obtaining graft copolymer latex with 20-40% of moisture content by antioxidating and cohering the thermalstabilizer free graft copolymer latex and c) adjusting the moisture content of the graft copolymer latex to 2-20% and mixing matrix resin, among thermalstabilizer free thermoplastic resin composition, and lubricant.
