The device (30) has a sleeve (10) including an end to receive an end of a first tube, where another end of the sleeve is equipped with a fixing unit. The fixing unit fixes the latter end of the sleeve at a set of modular elements in which the latter end of the sleeve forms. Edges of an opening (31) allow to pass a second tube, where diameter of the opening is 0.625 mm, and diameter of the tube is 32 mm. The modular elements include another sleeve to receive an end of a third tube.
