The system (20) has an annular elastic segment (24) comprising an annular opening and made of carbon. Two supporting units (22, 23) are located on both sides of the annular segment and adapted to axially maintain the annular segment by allowing a limited axial displacement (J) of the annular segment. The annular segment comprises an annular thickened portion (28) that is adapted to co-act with one of the supporting units to radially pre-maintain the annular segment in a preset position. A spacer (25) is arranged between the supporting units to maintain distance between the supporting units.
