The stool (1) has two movable side panels (6) fixed on a vertical blade (4), where another stool (2) is connected to the former stool by three sliding rails (7). The vertical blade is equipped with a horizontal blade (8) to rest and relax the elbow, shoulder, and back of a user, where two hinges (5) are fixed at the vertical blade to allow the opening and the closing of the two side panels. Each stool is provided with casters (3) to facilitate the lateral and frontal movements.
