PURPOSE: An incombustible breathable waterproof heat reflective insulator with excellent constructionability is provided to extend service life by preventing corrosion and decay due to moisture absorption and to maintain insulation performance for a long time by forming a heat reflective layer and a breathable waterproof film. CONSTITUTION: An incombustible breathable waterproof heat reflective insulator with excellent constructionability comprises a breathable waterproof film (4), a reinforcement layer (6), and an upper part heat reflective layer (31). A lower part heat reflective layer adheres to one side of an inorganic fiber based insulator (1) by spraying a hot-melt based adhesive (22). The breathable waterproof film adheres to the other of the inorganic fiber based insulator (1) by spraying the hot-melt based adhesive. The reinforcement layer adheres to the upper part of breathable waterproof film by spraying a hot-melt based adhesive (21). The upper part heat reflective layer adheres to the upper part of reinforcement layer by spraying a hot-melt based adhesive (24) or a film type hot-melt based adhesive. The upper and lower part heat reflective layers and an adhesive layer are formed with micro pores (51).
