PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing donkey oil is provided to ensure quick penetration with excellent nutrients and to treat skin trouble. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains: 1-20 wt% of saturated fatty acid-removed donkey oil using activated charcoal and activated clay in a ratio of 2:8-4:6; 0.1-2 wt% of donkey milk; 40-70 wt% of water; 0.5-5 wt% of an emulsifier; and 5-30 wt% of other additives selected from the group consisting of a skin conditioning agent, a thickener, a skin sedative, an antioxidant, a metal ion scavenger, an antiseptic, and a perfume.
