PURPOSE: A clear file is provided to enable a user to minimize the space for storing the clear file by reducing the total size of the clear file, and to improve portability. CONSTITUTION: A clear file (100) comprises the followings: a cover (110) composed of a front cover (111) and a rear cover (113) connected to each other using a connection line unit (115); a first folding unit (120) located on the front cover to be extended toward a crossing direction with the connection line unit; and a second folding unit (130) located on the rear cover to be extended toward a crossing direction with the connection line unit. The cover is firstly folded to overlap the front and rear covers around the connection line unit, and is secondly folded to dually overlap the front and rear covers around the first and second folding units.
