PURPOSE: A conductive particle is provided to maintain a low electric resistance even when extruded and to obtain a conducting particle with a few pin holes. CONSTITUTION: A conductive particle comprises a resin particle (2a) and a metal layer (3) formed on the surface of the resin particle. The metal layer includes nickel and copper. According to being distant from the resin, the copper content with regard to the nickel content of a part becomes higher. The metal layer has an Ni-Cu layer including nickel and copper. An Ni-Cu layer can have a concentration ingredient that the concentration of copper with regard to the nickel is increased in a direction being distant from the surface of the resin particle.
