PURPOSE: A thermoplastic composite of continuous carbon fiber enforcement is excellent in mechanical properties including flexural strength and bending rigidity etc. due to high impregnation property about thermoplastic. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic composite of continuous carbon fiber enforcement contains continuous carbon fiber immersed in thermoplastic resin. The continuous carbon fiber has four-eight times width of initial fiber bundle. A manufacturing method of a thermoplastic composite of continuous carbon fiber enforcement comprises the steps of: (S10) preparing filament concentrated continuous carbon fiber by concentration agent with water-soluble resin, (S20) removing the concentration agent by using a solvent with solubility parameter difference (from the water-soluble resin) of 2.0 or less based on the SI unit (MPa^1/2) and (S30) immersing the thermoplastic resin removed continuous carbon fiber cluster in thermoplastic.
