PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device for a vehicle, which can obtain high waterproofness and which can improve workability of waterproof seal attachment work.SOLUTION: A lock device 10 for a vehicle includes a lock case 16 which comprises a case 22 for housing a lock component engaged with a vehicle body-side striker to hold a door in a closing position and a cover 30 for closing an opening of the case 22 housing the lock component, and which is fixed in the vehicle door. A flexible waterproof seal S1 is stuck on an in-vehicle-side lateral surface 30a of the lock case 16 arranged in the state of facing an inner panel Df of the door. Additionally, the in-vehicle-side lateral surface 30a is provided with a seal sandwiching part 44 for holding the side of one end in the sticking direction of the waterproof seal S1 to be stuck. |
