PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly change a reproduction position in a moving image.SOLUTION: A reproduction position setting device includes: an operation member for receiving from a user an operation being an effect that a reproduction position is set at a position indicated with an index that has been given to a moving image; and a reproduction position setting part for setting a reproduction position at a position that is shifted for a predetermined time in accordance with the operation of the operation member when the index has not been given to the moving image. A program allows a computer to perform a step for setting a reproduction position at a position indicated with the index in accordance with the operation of the operation member that receives from a user an operation being an effect that the reproduction position is set in the moving image when the index has been given to the moving image, and setting a reproduction position at a position shifted for the predetermined time in accordance with the operation of the operation member when the index has not been given to the moving image. |
