A handpiece comprises: a main body portion; an impeller rotatably accommodated inside the main body portion; an air supply port for supplying air to the impeller, formed at the main body portion; an air exhaust port for discharging the air supplied to the impeller, formed at the main body portion; and a ventilation control unit for controlling the discharge of air according to the pressure of the air discharged from the air discharge port, inserted into the air exhaust port. Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent suck-back. |
