Provided in embodiments of the present invention are a method, user equipment, and base station for implementing a hybrid automatic repeat request. The method comprises: determining first indication information and second indication information respectively on the basis of feedback information of each downlink subframe of a primary cell and a secondary cell that requires transmission on a same uplink subframe of the primary cell, where the first indication information is used for indicating first feedback information of each downlink subframe of the primary cell requiring transmission on the uplink subframe, and where the second indication information is used for indicating second feedback information of each downlink subframe of the secondary cell requiring transmission on the uplink subframe; and transmitting mapping information of the first indication information and of the second indication information on the uplink subframe, where the primary cell employs an uplink-downlink configuration that is different from the uplink-downlink configuration employed by the secondary cell, thus allowing for implementation of the transmission of the feedback information when the uplink-downlink configurations of the cells are different. |
