A circuit comprising a plurality of connected thin-film transistors, an array substrate and manufacturing method, and display, the circuit comprising at least a connected first thin-film transistor (40) and a second thin-film transistor (50); the drain electrode (40c) of the first thin-film transistor and the gate electrode (50a) of the second thin-film transistor are electrically connected and disposed on the same layer. The circuit design can simplify the manufacturing process during production of the display.
