A shared input device is provided to improve user convenience and increase efficiency for using desktop space by enabling a user to select one among a plurality of computer and control the selected computer with a single input device. A transmitting module(T) transmits a first control signal generated by operation of an input device as a wireless signal of a predetermined channel. A plurality of receiving modules(R1,R2) receive the wireless signal from the transmitting module and respectively input the received wireless signal to computers(P1,P2). The transmitting includes a plurality of selectors(S1-Sn) converting the first control signal into a second control signal of the predetermined channel, a transmitter transmitting the second control signal as the wireless signal, and a display unit(D) displaying the channel selected by the selector. The receiving module includes a wireless signal processor converting the wireless signal into a third control signal to be inputted to the computer, and a reception status display unit displaying whether the wireless signal processor is active or inactive. |
