PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-spool kneading extruder that can prevent drop-off of quality of wet master batch manufactured, by: effectively mixing the coagulum supplied to the barrel; and removing included moisture.SOLUTION: All of a plurality of screws 6 have first and second delivery segments Sf1, and Sf2 to promote flow of coagulum, and a kneading segment Sm of one place to mix the coagulum that are provided sequentially in a coagulative flow direction. Between the first and second delivery segments Sf1 and Sf2, at least one place of a compression segment Ss is arranged which comprises a kneading disk 8 that mixes the coagulum and a constriction ring 9 that is adjacently arranged forward in the flow direction of the kneading disk 8, and partially narrows an internal passage of a barrel in the extending direction of the internal passage, wherein the ratio of the effective length L of the screw 6 to the inner diameter D of the barrel (L/D) is assumed to be 30 or less. |
