PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting frame which can decrease the thickness of a new sill and which enables the new sill to be stably attached to an existing frame.SOLUTION: In a fitting frame 1 relating to the invention, a new sill 3 comprises a permanent frame 13, a sill body 15 and a rail material 17; the permanent frame 13, which has an existing sill abutting surface 19a abutting on a top surface of the existing sill 11 and a sill body abutting surface 21a abutting on an undersurface of the sill body 15, is fixed to the existing frame 11 by means of a screw 14; lower end surfaces of the right and left respective jambs 7 and 5 butt against the flat top surface of the sill body 15 so that the jambs 5 and 7 can be fixed from the downside of the sill body 15 by means of the screw 41; and the rail material 17 is provided with a rail 37 for a sash and fixed to the sill body 15 between the jambs 5 and 7 on the flat top surface of the sill body 15. |
