PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner that highly accurately adjusts both curve and inclination of a scan line.SOLUTION: An optical scanner includes a scan line curve adjustment device 2107 that adjusts curve of a scan line on a photoreceptor drum by bending a folding mirror 2106, and a scan line inclination adjustment device 2109 that adjusts inclination of the scan line by rotating a folding mirror 2108.
