PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening part which easily fastens a plate material, and a method for manufacturing the fastening part.SOLUTION: In a fastening part 100 which is inserted into an upper case 24 having a through-hole 26 and fastens the upper case 24, the fastening part 100 includes: a cylindrical body 110 having the through-hole 130 and an end face 111 in an insertion direction; and a fastening part 120 which is provided on the end face 111, has a plate thickness A2 thinner than a plate thickness A1 of the body 110, includes an outer circumferential surface 120S insertable into the through-hole 26 of the upper case 24, extends in the insertion direction of the body 110, and fastens the upper case 24 by plastic deformation. |
