The method involves aggregating a concave image by using digitally controlled mechanical conveying units. A constant flow of the concave image is poured from a low height on a substrate to aggregate the concave image and to establish the structures. The formed structure is reinforced by the action of pressure or vibration. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for decomposing architectural structures of aggregated concave image; (2) a concave structure with two orthogonally assembled planar sub-elements; and (3) a method for manufacturing sub-elements of concave image.
