PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring path evaluation device capable of determining whether or not an investigation on a relay means such as a communication cable which forms a network path is required in a cause investigation of a network fault.SOLUTION: A configuration information database 111 stores a plurality of network paths each of which includes one or more relay means, a monitoring path extraction part 102 determines existence of a common relay means commonly included in all network paths, and a likelihood calculation part 103 informs that an investigation is required on a relay means when there is a common relay means. |
