PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of mounting brackets, and a battery pack which allow brackets for joining an assembled battery and a lower case together to be easily mounted on the assembled battery in a short time.SOLUTION: Both lateral end portions of bracket mounting surfaces of end plates 12 and 13 are provided with dowels 12b and 13b and positioning portions 12c and 13c, and brackets 20 and 30 have slits 20b and 30b and engaging claws 20c and 30c. In a mounting step S1, the bracket 20 is fastened to an assembled battery 10 with the dowel 12b inserted in the slit 20b and the engaging claw 20c engaged with the positioning portion 13c, and the bracket 30 is fastened to the assembled battery 10 with the dowel 13b inserted in the slit 30b and the engaging claw 30c engaged with the positioning portion 12c. The battery pack includes the assembled battery 10, the brackets 20 and 30, and the lower case joined to the assembled battery 10 via the brackets 20 and 30. |
