PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods and apparatus for imaging of in vivo markers.SOLUTION: A method may include imaging a plurality of markers 110 in a first imaging modality where the plurality of markers reside internal to a body and determining first coordinates of the plurality of markers relative to a first beam isocenter. The method may also include imaging the plurality of markers in a second imaging modality and determining second coordinates of the plurality of markers relative to a second beam isocenter.
