PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a resistance value of a light-transmissive conductive film to fall within a preferable range while improving adhesion between a light-transmissive conductive layer and another layer, in the light-transmissive conductive film having the light-transmissive conductive layer.SOLUTION: A light-transmissive conductive film includes: (A) a light-transmissive support layer; (B) an undercoat layer containing a silane coupling agent having a nitrogen-containing functional group; and (C) a light-transmissive conductive layer adjacent to the undercoat layer (B), wherein the light-transmissive conductive layer (C) is arranged at least one surface of the light-transmissive support layer (A) via at least the undercoat layer (B), and the silane coupling agent is scattered in a particle form in the undercoat layer (B).
