<p>A control logic unit (20) generates, in the case where a power supply is normally operating, control signals to be activated. A charging circuit is connected to a first node on a voltage control line, to which a voltage generated by a voltage generating circuit is supplied, and the charging circuit stores charges in a capacitive element. A first discharging circuit is connected to a charge storage node of the charging circuit, and discharges the stored charges when the control signals are activated. A second discharging circuit makes the first node discharge electricity when potential of the charge storage node exceeds predetermined potential.</p> |
