The low voltage-heated component has heating mats (2) with an anode (A) and a cathode (K) that are glued to a clothing elements using a flexible adhesive at rear side. An anti-corrosive paint made of alkali-stable acrylic, polyurethane or epoxy is coated on a top side of the heating mates. The heating mats connected with quick release buckles such as metalized Velcro (RTM: Hook and loop fastener) strip. The heating mat is embedded with electrically conductive particles, carbon fibers, metal particles, gas or metallized mineral fibers.
