PURPOSE: A vessel is provided to effectively prevent noise and vibration being transferred to a hull. CONSTITUTION: A vessel comprises a pressure reduction module (140), a detection unit (180), and a controller. The pressure reduction module is connected to a wall of a hull (110) next to a propeller (120), and generates bubbles to an outer surface of the hull. The detection unit is placed on the hull, and detects noise or vibration being transferred to the hull. The controller controls the generation of the bubbles by the pressure reduction module based on information from the detection unit. [Reference numerals] (AA) Vessel head; (BB) Vessel stem
