<p>PURPOSE: An electronic blackboard is provided to enable a user to temporally control the activation of the touch recognition function of a touch screen in a state of outputting content through the touch screen. CONSTITUTION: When a predetermined specific condition is satisfied, a control unit (160) deactivates the touch recognition function of a touch screen in a state of maintaining a display state of specific content. The specific condition includes a maintenance state that the touch of the touch screen is not recognized during a predetermined time; a touch receiving state for the specific area of the touch screen; a touch receiving state for a locked item which is displayed on the touch screen; and a touch receiving state of the predetermined shape for the touch screen.
