PURPOSE: A fluid volumetric method using X-ray radiophotography is provided to measure the volume of fluid inside a sample accurately by using the X-ray radiophotography without fluid disturbance. CONSTITUTION: A fluid volumetric method using X-ray radiophotography is as follows. A standard sample is manufactured. First and second reference images of the standard sample are measured by radiating X-rays(S100). An exponential function according to X-ray attenuation characteristics is obtained based on the first and second reference images, and a reference graph indicating the thickness of the standard sample according to X-ray attenuation is obtained by the exponential function(S102). First and second measurement images are measured by radiating the X-rays to the target object(S104). The X-ray attenuation characteristics of the first and second measurement images are obtained by using the exponential function. The thickness of the target object according to the X-ray attenuation characteristics of the first and second measurement images is calculated by using the reference graph(S108).
