PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of curable inkjet ink is provided no to emit harmful material, and to have ultrahigh resolution, and to be used for various inkjet heads. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of curable inkjet ink comprises: a step of manufacturing photocurable prepolymer, photocurable oligomer, or photocurable polymer through photo crosslinking polymerization, by mixing an initiator, a catalyst, solvent, water or vegetable oil, two or more kinds of photocurable monomers; a step of manufacturing polymer dispersion additionally adding ultrapure water or vegetable oil mixture, and photocurable monomer to the product, and adding pigment or dye; a step of manufacturing dispersion master solution by dispersing the polymer dispersion by a milling process; and a step of manufacturing an ink composition by adding two or more kinds of photocurable monomer, pH buffer solution, surface tension initiator, a sensitizer, a stabilizer, an antifoaming agent, and a moisturizer into the dispersion master solution. |
