PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burden to an operator when setting a scan condition to perform a breath stop scan.SOLUTION: A tomography apparatus includes: a first specifying means that specifies a scanning range in a subject; a second specifying means that specifies a breath stop time; and a setting means that acquires and sets a scan condition to scan the scanning range within the breath stop time. For instance, the setting means increases a slice number N until reaching at the breath stop time that the scan time has specified, then performs an adjustment to increase a slice thickness t until reaching an upper limit thickness tm, and finishes a processing when the scanning range is covered. As a result, the operator can set the scan condition without the trial and error of the same, and the burden is reduced. |
