PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional load driving device cannot sufficiently turn off an output transistor when the voltage of a ground terminal rises.SOLUTION: A load driving device of the present invention includes: an output transistor T1 connected between a power supply line PWR and an output terminal OUT; a load 11 connected between the output terminal OUT and a first ground line GND1; a control circuit 13 which is connected between a gate of the output transistor T1 and a second ground line GND2 and controls ON/OFF of the output transistor T1; and a compensation transistor MN2 which is made conductive when the potential of the second ground line GND2 becomes equal to or higher than a predetermined value, and maintains an OFF state of the output transistor T1. |
