PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program-interlock information providing system which in synchronization with the advance of a TV program, provides information relating to a program content at the time by a method placing no load on a viewer and selects and provides information supposed to be desirable for each individual viewer.SOLUTION: An interlock information distribution server device 100 comprises: interlock information continuation request correspondence means which extracts and provides interlock information of the next unit time frame in response to a request for the interlock information of the next unit time frame from an information terminal 20; a program information table for recording therein a set of information on a program identifier, a broadcast station identifier, a broadcast time zone, and the presence/absence of interlock information with respect to each program to be broadcasted; an interlock information table for recording therein a set of information on a unit time frame identifier, a program identifier, a lapse of time after the start of broadcasting, and an interlock information content with respect to each time frame obtained by segmentation of the time zone of the program to be broadcasted; and a program information database containing an interlock information table by attribute associating interlock information by viewer's attribute with the broadcast program time frame.
