A reinforced side plate for a foldable circulating box and manufacturing method thereof, the reinforced side plate comprising a hinge body (10), a reinforced plate (20) and a cap (30); the hinge body (10) is removably fixed to the reinforced plate (20) and is provided with hinges (12) for connecting to the base of the circulating box; the reinforced plate (20) is provided with reinforcing ribs (27); the cap (30) is connected to the reinforced plate (20); the hinge body (10), the reinforced plate (20) and the cap (30) are all one-step injection molding parts; the reinforced side plate further comprises a reinforcing material (40) located at the top of the reinforced plate (20) and/or between the reinforcing ribs (27). The reinforced side plate has the advantages of high strength, nice appearance, simple structure and low manufacturing cost.
