PURPOSE: A producing method of a nutrition extract using wood-cultivated ginseng as a main ingredient is provided to use medical herbs and malt water to obtain the nutrition extract. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a nutrition extract comprises the following steps: inserting 500g of wood-cultivated ginseng, 250g of angelica sinensis, 100g of glycyrrhizae radix, 100g of jujube, and 50g of ginger into 30l of water, and extracting the ingredients for 24 hours to obtain a medical herb extract; washing 2kg of brown rice, 2kg of glutinous rice, 2kg of glutinous millet, 2kg of corn, and 2kg of beans, and cooking boiled rice and grains with 15L of medical herb extract; preparing malt water, and adding the malt water into the boiled rice and grains before saccharifying for 8 hours at 50-60 deg C; and heating the mixture for 8 hours at 90-100 deg C. |
