METHOD OF MULTI ALIQUOTING

PURPOSE: A multi-aliquoting method is provided to enable users to consecutively aliquote a predetermined amount of solution with high precision by separately storing the solution in a pipet by an air gap. CONSTITUTION: A multi-aliquoting method comprises: a step of sucking a solution (120) into a pipet (110); and aliquoting the solution. The suction process includes: a first step of sucking a predetermined amount of the solution after locating a tip of the pipet; a second step of separating the tip of the pipet from the surface of the solution; and a third step of inhaling air into the pipet for forming an air gap (130). The first, second, and third steps are repeated multiple times.
