METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HALF PC(PRECASTING CONCRETE) SLAB

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a half precast concrete (PC) slab is provided to improve a shear joining force using a reinforcement member by integrally embedding a coupler and joining a top shear connection member. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a half PC slab comprises the following steps: installing couplers with a joining unit for joining a top shear connection member (124) on the top inside a half PC slab form in order to reinforce the shearing force of the half PC slab; pouring concrete to the top of the form with the couplers exposed on the top by linearly moving the form or a concrete pouring device in the longitudinal direction of the form; and joining the top shear connection member to the joining unit of the coupler after a predetermined period of time.
