PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device or the like, in which a number of light emitting elements capable of being individually controlled by means different from the conventional arts is increased.SOLUTION: A light emitting device includes: a package having a recessed part; and a plurality of light emitting elements provided in the recessed part of the package. The light emitting device is provided with: a first pad which is provided in the recessed part and on which the light emitting elements are mounted; and a second pad which is provided to be apart from an inner wall of the recessed part, and has a front face to which the light emitting element can be connected by a wire and a rear face which can be used as an external electrode. The first pad and the second pad are electrically insulated from each other. |
