PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid filling means for a heat exchanger and a power machine.SOLUTION: In a fluid filling means for a heat exchanger, lower tanks 313, 323 of the first heat exchanger 31 and the second heat exchanger 32 are fluid-connected to first and second lines 314, 324, respectively, the first and second lines 314, 324 are connected to a device to be cooled for forming a lubrication passage, and the device to be cooled is cooled by fluid which is heat-exchanged from the heat exchangers. A bypass line 51 is fluid-connected to a lubrication circuit, the lower tanks 313, 323 of the first and second heat exchangers 31, 32 are connected in parallel with each other, and as a result, the bypass line 51 simultaneously distributes the fluid to the first and second heat exchangers 31, 32 during a fluid filling process, and simultaneously raises liquid levels of the first and second heat exchangers 31, 32. |
