A valve unit (5) is provided in region of hydraulic phase control unit. The valve unit having a radially oriented pressure medium supply line (7) is inserted into a sleeve (6). The pressure medium supply line is provided with a radially adjacent pressure channel (9) which is in contact with the component (8) of engine. The filter (11) and/or setback valve (13) are provided in pressure medium supply line and pressure channel.
