PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for developing electrostatic latent image capable of providing images with brightness for a long period.SOLUTION: A toner for developing electrostatic latent image contains a binder resin and a metallic pigment. In a solid image formed with the toner, when the image is irradiated with incident light at an incident angle of -45° measured by a goniophotometer, a ratio (A/B)of reflectance A at an acceptance angle of +30° to reflectance B at an acceptance angle of -30° is 2 or more and 100 or less, and the dynamic loss tangent (tanδ=G"(120°C)/G'(120°C)) which is a ratio of the loss modulus G"(120°C) to the storage modulus G'(120°C) at 120°C is 0.5 or more and 2.0 or less.
