PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water recycling apparatus which does not need to supply a clean water or sodium chloride.SOLUTION: A water purifying unit (10) is provided with: a storage tank (11) storing rain water; a discharge unit (62) which has an electrode pair provided in the storage tank (11) and generating electric discharge in a stored water in the tank (11), a power source applying voltage to the electrode pair, and purifies the stored water by generating a hydroxide radical in the stored water by electric discharge; and an ultrasonic generation part (94) which decomposes the hydrogen peroxide generated in the stored water to obtain the hydroxide radical by applying ultrasonic waves. |
