PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic device that improves a sound-attenuation effect and achieves performance improvement, and a gas turbine combustor.SOLUTION: An acoustic device comprises: a perforated plate 14 having a plurality of hole portions 15 passing therethrough in a plate thickness direction; and a housing 13 that defines a resonance space S2 between the housing 13 and the perforated plate 14. On inner peripheral surfaces of the plurality of hole portions 15, groove portions 16 that are recessed over circumferential directions of the hole portions 15 are formed in annular shapes. Further, the groove portions 16 are formed at substantially central portions in the plate thickness direction among opening portions positioned at resonance space S2 sides in the hole portions 15 and opening portions positioned at combustion area sides. |
